A request for a quote does not create a binding sales agreement.
Gridko may revise or withdraw a quote before acceptance where necessary due to errors, specification changes, availability, pricing changes, or other legitimate business reasons.
The terms of an accepted written quotation, order agreement, invoice, purchase agreement, or similar transaction-specific document control if they conflict with general information appearing on Gridko.com.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the delivery location can safely and legally receive the product.
13. Product Inspection
Customers should inspect products promptly following delivery or pickup.
Visible shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be documented and reported as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with applicable shipping, warranty, carrier, or purchase agreement requirements.
